The 11th edition of the Annual Business Awards now has a new brand – Global Industry Awards. The event organized and produced by GLOBAL MEDIA and VIP COMMUNICATION PR, is forthcoming. During the official ceremony will be awarded the most significant achievements to the business on the Balkans and Europa.
The event will take on 08.05. 2025 in the ballroom of the 5-star Crowne Plaza Sofia.
The competition will awarded attention to a successful business that, even in times of crisis, maintains its sustainable development and demonstrates European standards and prosperity. World experience shows that such competitions stimulate and promote successful practices and provide an incentive for business development.
The Global Industry Awards 2025 will mark the most significant achievements in business, which have contributed to the sustainable development of society in these regions.
The partners of the event are: The Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Bilateral Chamber of Commerce Bulgaria -Romania. The German Association for Small and Medium-sized Businesses (BVMW), Bulgarian Industrial Capital Association (BICA), International Institute for Security and Cooperation, The Bulgarian-Turkish Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Zonta Club Bulgaria, Bulgarian- Macedonian Chamber of Commerce, Business Magazine – Albania and others.
The jury that will award the winners of the Global Industry Awards 2025 is entrusted to our partners as well as to the journalists in the partner media of the event. They will submit their nominations by 30.04.2025.
In the different business spheres will be awarded in the categories:
- Corporate and Social Responsibility Leader
The award will be presented to managers of companies that have demonstrated a positive impact on public life.
This includes companies that provide business opportunities to other companies, employ educated personnel, support a healthy lifestyle, or support community and educational goals.
- Best New Business
The award is for businesses that have started within the last two years. Nominees must demonstrate how their business is progressing in line with their business plan. Success must be demonstrated by the business and its employees having a clear understanding of their products, competitors and market environment.
- Green Leader
To be awarded to a manager of a business that has demonstrated a long-term commitment to the environment. This includes efforts related to waste and recycling, green investments, the use of new green energy sources, transportation or other activities in this direction.
- Young Entrepreneur
Nominated managers aged 18-30 with entrepreneurial talent and skills. These are young people who are starting their own business while still studying.
Evidence of innovation, flair, creativity and enthusiasm.
Key business functions such as creative thinking, sales and marketing, business planning and presentation and problem solving in the relevant business. Ability to organize themselves independently and / or in a team. Ability to present clear business ideas.
- New innovative product / service
This award aims to reward a start-up, a new innovative product, process, service or new way of doing business. The category is for all companies whose product was launched in the period January 2022 to December 2024.
Nominated products / services must: Demonstrate authentic and original ideas. Demonstrate how this new product, process, service or new way of doing business has been developed over time. Demonstrates an innovative approach to successfully introducing a new idea, technique or technology to the organization or market. Has commercial viability. Has evidence of commercial success. Demonstrates customer benefits.
- Sustainable Business Leader
This award aims to reward businesses that have shown concern for the community, the environment and their staff. The award is aimed at all companies, regardless of size or period of operation.
The award is given to businesses that have solved problems by providing opportunities for local businesses, hiring educated personnel. Shows a commitment to sustainability – recycling waste, green products, energy, transportation or other environmentally focused activities.
Focuses on social and corporate responsibility – providing services that meet the needs of consumers, supporting community groups or volunteering as an organization.
Participation in initiatives that bring significant and tangible benefits.
- Best Customer Practices
This award aims to reward the contribution of companies in terms of customer service and focus on consumer needs.
A manager of a company that demonstrates a high level of customer service is nominated. Having effective marketing strategies for their target customer base.
A company that demonstrates flexibility and the ability to adapt to rapidly evolving consumer trends.
- Best Business Practices with Charitable Initiatives
Business practices, products and services that are focused on charitable causes and initiatives are encouraged.
- Internationally recognized business
This category includes small and medium-sized enterprises, as well as large businesses that have received international recognition for their products, services or activities.
- Large/Small Municipality – Business Development Leader
This category distinguishes the efforts of the local government in the development of the regional economy. With administrative measures, building good infrastructure, including companies from the region in the implementation of municipal projects and others.
- Best Prosperous Business
Your personal history, career and anything that has contributed to the prosperity of the business. Evidence of the market opportunity you identified, your model to capitalise on it, and how it differentiates you from your competitors. Details about the key innovations you have introduced, or developed, that have created uniqueness and competitive advantage for your business – and the impact on the wider industry if applicable.
- Energy efficiency Leader
What are the key innovations you have introduced or developed in relation to energy efficiency? How has this created a competitive advantage for your business and how has this impacted the development of the industry and the optimization of costs in the business?
• Business Contribution Leader
How has your business contributed to the development of the economy in the country and the region? How has this created a competitive advantage for your business and how has it affected the development of the industry and the contribution to the creation of new jobs and the social responsibility of your business?
• European programs and practices Leader
How have good practices in business financing under European programs contributed to the development of the economy in the country and the region? How has this created a competitive advantage for your business?
Global Industry Awards 2025
Започнаха номинациите за 11-то издание на Бизнес Награди 2025, които са с обновен бранд – Global Industry Awards. Церемонията ще се състои 08.05.2025 г. в новия 5-звезден хотел Crowne Plaza София.
